ABOUT
The Marine Construction Industry Alliance (MCIA) is a partnership between MW Consulting and Citizens For Florida's Waterways.
MW Consulting is a Tallahassee environmental and government consulting agency founded by Peggy Mathews and Steven Webster. Mathews is a marine biologist; Webster is an advertising, public relations, and association management executive. Both have lobbied extensively on marine-related issues. Click here to learn more.
Citizens For Florida's Waterways is the state's oldest and largest not-for-profit boater advocacy organization. Boat owners and waterfront homeowners from across Florida belong to CFFW, which is headquartered near the Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral in Brevard County, Floirda.
